Troubleshooting.

The handful of things people actually run into, and the fastest path to a fix. Most are solved by a self-serve tool in under a minute — try that before emailing.

I paid but didn't get my license key

The license key is emailed to the address you used at checkout, right after payment clears. If it isn't in your inbox, work through these in order — the first two fix the overwhelming majority of cases:

  1. STEP 01
    Check your spam / junk / promotions folder. Automated receipts land there more often than you'd think. Search your mail for "HYVE" or "license".
  2. STEP 02
    Re-send it via /order-lookup. Enter the email you bought with (optionally your Stripe session ID or Coinbase charge ID from your payment receipt) and we re-send the activation email. Note: for privacy, the tool always says "if a license exists, we've re-sent it" — so re-check the inbox and spam after submitting.
  3. STEP 03
    Still nothing? Email majixx@vibesoftwaresolutions.com with your checkout email and your Stripe/Coinbase ID, and we'll resolve it personally. If a license was never delivered after 14 days, this also falls under the refund policy.

Worth knowing: the key never expires and only becomes usable when beta opens on October 1, 2026, so there's no deadline pressure while you sort this out.

How do I sign in to my account?

The account portal at /account doesn't use a password — it uses one-time email magic links.

  1. STEP 01
    Go to /account and enter the email you used at checkout.
  2. STEP 02
    Open the sign-in email we send and click the link. That logs you in for the session — no password to set or remember.
  3. STEP 03
    No email? Check spam, then request a new link. Links are single-use and time-limited, so an old one won't work — always use the most recent.

Payment issues

We take card through Stripe and crypto (USDC / ETH) through Coinbase Commerce. Common situations:

  1. STEP 01
    Card declined. Declines come from your bank, not from us — we never see your card number. Retry, try a different card, or use the crypto option at /checkout.
  2. STEP 02
    Charged but unsure it went through. Run /order-lookup with your email to re-trigger your license email — that confirms the order landed.
  3. STEP 03
    Duplicate or unauthorized charge. These are covered by the refund policy. Email majixx@vibesoftwaresolutions.com with both charge IDs and we'll sort it out.
