Account & license.

Everything about your founding license: how it works, how to get back to your key if you lose it, and how signing in to your account works.

How your license works

Your founding purchase issues a single license key bound to the email address used at checkout — not to the payer and not to a specific machine. That means you can gift founding access by entering the recipient's email at checkout, and you can install on more than one computer you personally own. Multi-user / multi-seat licensing for organizations arrives at public launch.

The key never expires. There is no deadline to redeem it and no subscription to keep alive. It becomes usable when beta opens on October 1, 2026; until then it is your reservation and your locked-in founding price.

KEEP YOUR KEY SAFE

Store the license key in your password manager. It arrives in your purchase confirmation email; if that email is gone, you can always re-send it (next section). We can re-issue the email, but treat the key itself like a credential.

Finding or re-sending your key

Two tools cover every "where is my key" situation:

  1. STEP 01
Order lookup · /order-lookup — enter the email you bought with (and, optionally, your Stripe session ID or Coinbase charge ID from your receipt). If a license exists for that email, we re-send the activation email to it.
  2. STEP 02
Account portal · /account — request a one-time magic link, click it from your inbox, and you're signed in. From there you can see your founding status and your key without contacting anyone.

WHY ORDER LOOKUP STAYS VAGUE

For your privacy, order lookup always replies with the same "if a license exists, we've re-sent it" message — it never confirms whether a given email is in our system. That is deliberate: it stops the tool being used to probe who has and hasn't bought. So a successful-looking response does not by itself confirm an account exists; check the inbox (and spam) for the actual email.

Signing in to your account

There is no password to create or remember. The account portal at /account uses email magic links: you enter your email, we send a one-time sign-in link, and clicking it logs you in for that session. If the link doesn't arrive, check spam, then request another — links are single-use and time-limited by design.

What Founding / Sovereign access means

Founding access is the $499 pre-launch tier: a one-time payment that locks your price for life, gets you into the beta first on October 1, 2026, and entitles you to every future update, feature, and patent grant under that single purchase. After October 1, 2026 the public price is $999.99.

Sovereign describes how the OS treats your data and your AI, not a separate paid tier. It means the system runs on your hardware, keeps your state in an encrypted local vault, can operate with no cloud AI at all, and sends no telemetry. Your founding license is your entry into that sovereign stack. The lifetime-lock and continuity commitments are contractual — see the terms and the refund policy.
