Refund Policy
FOUNDING ACCESS IS FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE
By completing checkout you explicitly acknowledged that the $499 founding-access purchase is final and non-refundable under any circumstances. We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind, schedule changes, feature expectations, hardware compatibility issues, beta defects, or any other reason.
Why no refunds
Founding access is sold at half the public-launch price ($499 versus $999.99) on the explicit understanding that you are buying into a beta program in advance. The discount exists because founding members accept the risk that beta software is incomplete and may evolve. If we offered refunds, the discount would not be sustainable and the founding program would not exist.
Limited exceptions for failed delivery
We will issue a refund only in the narrow circumstances below, and only for the specific transaction in question. Each requires documented evidence and is processed manually.
- Duplicate charge. If a payment processor charged you more than once for the same checkout session due to a processor error, the duplicate charge will be refunded.
- Unauthorized payment. If your card was used without your authorization and you can provide standard fraud-claim documentation, we will reverse the charge or assist your bank's chargeback process.
- License not delivered after 14 days. If your license key has not arrived by email within 14 days of payment confirmation and we cannot resolve the delivery issue through the order-lookup tool at
/order-lookup, we will issue a refund. To qualify you must first attempt order-lookup and contactmajixx@vibesoftwaresolutions.comwith your payment session ID. - Statutory consumer protections. Where applicable law in your jurisdiction grants you a non-waivable right of withdrawal (for example, the EU/UK 14-day digital-content cooling off period when no download has occurred), we will honor that statutory right. By accessing your license key or any download you waive this right where the law permits such waiver.
How to request a refund (eligible cases only)
Email majixx@vibesoftwaresolutions.com with the subject line REFUND REQUEST and include:
- The email address used at checkout.
- Your Stripe session ID or Coinbase Commerce charge ID (visible in your receipt).
- The reason for the refund request, mapped to one of the eligible cases above.
- Any supporting documentation (bank statements, etc.).
We will respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method and may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your card issuer or blockchain confirmation times.
Chargebacks
We monitor for fraudulent chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback for a transaction outside of the eligible cases above (for example, disputing a legitimate purchase as "unauthorized" after redeeming the license) will result in immediate license termination, permanent ban from the marketplace, and possible reporting to the payment processor's fraud network.
Public-launch pricing
Refund policy for public-launch licenses (sold from January 1, 2027 at $999.99) will be published separately and may include a different return window. The policy on this page applies only to founding access purchases made before October 1, 2026.
