HYVE Ether OS includes open-source software licensed under, among others, the GNU
General Public License (GPL), the GNU Lesser General Public License (LGPL), the GNU
Affero General Public License (AGPL), and the Mozilla Public License (MPL). The
applicable license texts and attribution notices are included with the software.


WRITTEN OFFER OF SOURCE

For any component distributed in HYVE Ether OS under the GPL, LGPL, AGPL, or MPL,
Vibe Software Solutions, Inc. offers to provide, to any third party, the complete
corresponding source code for that component, under the terms of its license. This
offer is valid for at least three (3) years from the date you received the software.

To request source code, email  majixx@vibesoftwaresolutions.com  with the subject
"HYVE Ether OS - Source Request", identifying the software version and the specific
component you want. We will provide the corresponding source by download, or, if you
request it, on a physical medium for no more than our reasonable cost of performing
the distribution, as the applicable license permits.

Covered open-source components are included unmodified from their upstream projects
except where noted; where Vibe Software Solutions, Inc. has modified a covered
component, the modified source is provided under that component's license on request.

software and other third-party software licensed to us — are not open source and are
not covered by this offer.
