   Anyone can buy founding access today for $499. Access closes on October 1, 2026. Your price is locked for the lifetime of your license — every update, every feature, forever. Founding members get the first build, every release thereafter, and dedicated channels with the founder.

2. 02 · BETA OPENS

   October 1, 2026

   Beta opens to founding members only

   On October 1, 2026 every founding member receives an email with a download link, install instructions, and a fresh build of HYVE Ether OS. From this day until the end of December the OS is in active beta with founders only. No new licenses are sold during this window.

3. 03 · DARK WINDOW

   October 1, 2026 — December 31, 2026

   The doors are closed for 3 months

   October through December 2026 is a no-sales window. The Site stays up; the marketplace stays up for founding members; new license sales are paused entirely. We use this time to harden the OS based on founder feedback, finalize hardware compatibility, and prepare the public launch build. This is the only such window the OS will ever have.

4. 04 · PUBLIC LAUNCH

   January 1, 2027

   Public launch at $999.99

   On January 1, 2027 HYVE Ether OS launches publicly at $999.99. The launch build incorporates everything learned during the dark window. Founders keep their locked $499 price; new buyers pay the public price. Marketplace, Nexus, federation, and the full collaboration substrate are open from day one.

5. 05 · ROADMAP

   Post-Launch

   What comes after the public launch

   We have eyes on three big-ticket lines after the public launch — none of them are committed but all are funded as research lines: hardware accelerator partnerships for the on-device LLM stack, deeper civic and federal compliance certifications (SOC 2 Type II audit, FedRAMP path), and the federated agent reputation network across HYVE installations. Founding members will be polled before any major direction commits.
